You can edit what you own and nothing else. Proposed windows, site visits and follow-ups are yours: click any day to add one, click any dashed block to change or withdraw it. Booked installs, money dates and derived deadlines carry a lock, because the PM books and the rest is computed from the job.

→Proposed windows, site visits and follow-ups would push out.
→Booked installs would push out as read-only copies.the platform stays the source of truth
✕Nothing would be pulled in and written to a job.derived state cannot be edited from outside
Sync is one way by default, and that is deliberate. A booked install pushed into Google is a copy; if someone drags it there, Google and the platform disagree and the platform is right. Two way sync only makes sense for the items you own, and even then the platform stays the source of truth for anything a client can see.
